Lest We Forget

Many would say, we are lucky to live in Canada. A diverse country full of people from different backgrounds and walks of life who are proud to call Canada home.

This great nation of ours is built upon the courage and honour of those who have come before us. Those who have given themselves tirelessly to preserve and protect what they believed to be not only a country, but a people, worth laying their lives down for.

On this Remembrance Day, the Rotary Club of Toronto Skyline is honoured to welcome Lieutenant-Commander Phil Menard to The Office Pub Tuesday, November 11th at 6:30 pm.  Lt.-Cmdr. Menard will be speaking about Remembrance Day with his talk entitled “Lest We Forget: Understanding the Significance of the 11th of November”.

Please join us in welcoming Lt.-Cmdr. Menard and remembering what it is to not forget.
