Remembrance Week Meeting

Join us on Tuesday, November 8 for our Remembrance Week meeting at 6:30 at The Office Pub. Our guest speaker will be Lieutenant (Naval) Ashley Beattie, who joined the Naval reserves in 2002 while studying at MacMaster University. Starting as a warship driver, he has served on the ships  HMS Kingston, Star and York, as well as staff positions at Naval Reserve HQ, and the Department of National Defense in Ottawa. Currently he works part-time at HMCS York  with a computer based simulation training program. His day job founder of Advolv, a social media advertising optimization company. We look forward to hearing from the perspective of a younger member of the the Canadian Forces.
