The event will be hosted by Ed Patrick, one of Canada’s foremost authorities in all aspects of single malt Scotch and is the founder of the Companions of the Quaich, dedicated to promoting and sharing knowledge and enjoyment of Single Malt Whisky.
A haggis will be piped in to commence the evening repast. A scotch connoisseur will provide an excellent scotch critique of each tasting. You will be amazed to learn the subtle differences between each scotch!
Executive Chef John Kieback of the prestigious Lambton Golf and Country Club will pair each tasting with a light dinner course to complement and enhance each selection.
A Raffle will be held to raise funds to help Youth Realize their Full Potential (Item donations welcome!)
The last four year’s events have been a very popular success and we expect the same this year.
