Before most of us had even climbed out of our PJs this past Saturday morning, the Rotary Club of Toronto Skyline and guests were in a flurry of culinary activity, preparing a delectable meal large enough to serve an army.
Working with the Fort York Food Bank, a non-profit organized dedicated to reconnecting people with the community and feeding those in need, these dedicated RCTS volunteers assembled together to create a wholesome meal of beef or veggie chilli, rice, salad, with a ham & pea side dish.
As the chefs were busy in the kitchen; cooking, serving, and cleaning; deserving guests ate on with over 140 plates served! Dee-lish!
